IdealX Shipping CRM Software announces new Sydney offices

IdealX is freight forwarding CRM software designed to expedite and streamline the supply chain.

The platform has been built on blockchain technology to secure a smooth flow of data through the stages of the cargo journey. The Shipping CRM is also powered by AI known as Artificial Intelligence is pleased to announce the new office located in the heart of the CBD. The office is designed for the operational staff who help to continue building out leads for the transport industry.

“IdealX are pleased to announce the new office opening in Martin Place Sydney. The office is a perfect location to expand our digital shipping platform,” mentioned Kurt Robinson from IdealX.

About the new location, the offices are based near the Town Hall station. It is a perfect location with expansion plans in way for the operational staff to qualify and connect the global market. 

About IdealX, the software is a digital shipping platform operating globally. Many companies are gaining a digital advantage by moving to a cloud-based quote, book and track platform. The platform utilises both block-chain and AI to streamline the flow of parcels, cartons and boxes through the delivery cycle. 

The IdealX platform comes complete with additional features and products including a built in CRM system, built in in HR software and a finance module that helps to join the disparate systems and data together. The platform incorporates a built-in quote engine that provides instant Freight Forwarding quotes for Air Freight, Sea Freight and Road Freight. Once quotes are viewed the quote can be sent by email to the customer all powered by a single dashboard. 

“IdealX needed to upgrade from our smaller office in George Street and we found the perfect location for our office suite in Martin Place. There are some great lunch and coffee shops for our team to enjoy and it is near public transport,” mentioned John McMartin.

IdealX has offices in the Middle East, Australia, Europe, US and India. The IdealX mission is to streamline the logistics process by connecting the dots. IdealX is the brainchild of three founders who have a passion for technology and for freight. The platform also has a white-label option which is perfect for freight forwarders, airlines, consultants and carriers to take advantage of the readymade cloud software. 

The freight forwarder software is designed for any size of business ranging from a one man shop through to enterprise companies.
