I’m writing about proposed Jaindl warehouse project in White Township. There is another warehouse project just seven miles away. That project, called Bridge Point 78, covers 380 acres in Phillipsburg, with six warehouses totaling 3.8 million square feet and 751 loading docks.
What could be the justification of destroying a rural neighborhood seven miles away to cover the earth with another 3 million square feet of warehouses?
