UP Castle, LLC has filed a CEPA Application with the City of Lakewood’s Community and Economic Development Department to demolish the existing structures and build an approximately 15,000 square foot multi-purpose industrial warehouse with associated parking landscaping and development improvements.
The project is located at 7301 150th St SW and is zoned Industrial Business Park.
A public comment period is open until November 21, 2019.
