A new business park on the way in North Fort Worth will add four industrial buildings.

Fort Worth-based M2G Ventures is building the 640,000 square-foot industrial park at Interstate 35W and Golden Triangle Boulevard.

Called North Quarter 35, the project is being built on land the developer bought in April.

“This project signifies a major step in M2G’s commitment to bringing innovative development to all the asset classes it touches,” Jessica Miller Essl, M2G Ventures Co-President, said in a statement. “We are excited to introduce the development to the North Fort Worth market, and we are even more excited about the overall design and eventual end product.”

M2G Ventures has teamed up with Stream Realty Partners to lease the new warehouse development.

The first buildings will be ready in fourth quarter of 2020.

FCL Builders is the general contractor and GSR Andrade was the architect.

“North Quarter 35 is strategically positioned on the south side of the Alliance submarket to benefit from the incredible demand the market is witnessing not only in the Alliance submarket, but also in the Meacham Fossil Creek submarket,” Seth Koschak, Managing Director for Stream Realty Partners, said. “Larger infill sites with interstate frontage and proximity to an abundance of amenities that allow for this scale of development are simply few and far between.”

M2G Ventures was founded in 2014 and has done more than $130 million in projects. The company is a partner in the redevelopment of Mule Alley in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards.
