Management consultancy Integris Applied has hired Perry Pascual as a strategic advisor. Pascaul brings with him a wealth of IT experience – a great benefit to Integris Applied, which focuses on CIOs and their organizations.

Pascual is a former director with the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (Vita), which supports the state of Virginia by providing cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure and governance. He also worked with Vita as its director of IT sourcing, a position in which he was responsible for the development, planning, and facilitation of the state of Virginia’s industry training organization for infrastructure services.

“Perry is a perfect fit for our firm. Integris Applied thinks big but has a blue collar mentality,” Les Druitt, Integris Applied CEO, said. “Perry has vision and can implement that vision in a collaborative, humble, and hands on way. Integris Applied lives and breathes on our clients’ success and Perry embraces our mentality.”

Before Vita, Pascual worked as a business analyst at Capital One, focusing on risk operations for charge off, recoveries, and IT supply chain management. He also served eight years as an officer in the US Navy. Pascual holds a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from the United States Naval Academy, and a master’s degree in engineering management from the Catholic University of America.

“Joining Integris Applied is an exciting moment in my professional career,” Pascual said. “They are forward thinking, hard-working, and passionate. They have integrity and believe in their work. I look forward to helping Integris Applied serve their clients and grow their presence across the county.”

Integris Applied, which is headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, assists its clients in the implementation of sustainable, technology-driven strategies. One of the firm’s previous project’s involved working with the Texas Department of Information Resources to ensure its new multisource service integration platform would be credible, relevant to its needs, and cost-neutral.

Integris Applied has also worked with the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) since 2008 on continuous improvement to the state’s infrastructure – during which time GTA has created a new system for the state’s government technology management. Additionally, the firm has worked with a US-based “well-known automotive brand” in smoothing its business transformation.
