PROPOSALS for a warehouse extension in Buckley have been submitted.
A planning application received by Flintshire Council requests permission for the scheme at Catheralls Industrial Estate, Brookhill Way.
Documents submitted with the proposals explain: “The proposed works will allow for Units 11 and 12 to be linked internally with neighbouring Units 9 and 10.
“The project allows for the continued growth of the business already occupying Units 9 and 10 – My Storage Pod.
“The number of staff employed by the business would increase from two to four, full time.
“No change is proposed to the existing parking, servicing and manoeuvring
arrangements, which remain suitable to the use as enlarged.
“The proposed extensions are of a type and scale which respects the local environment and amenity of other land uses and residents.”
