A fashion brand that specializes in ethnic and sustainable
clothing made in India has leased a 22,000 s/f showroom and warehouse space in
Hackensack, NJ.
NAI James E. Hanson negotiated the lease for the 22,526 s/f
industrial building located at 105-111 S. State Street in Hackensack, N.J.
Patrick Lennon and Kenneth Lundberg, SIOR, as well as NAI
Mertz’s Fred Meyer, represented the landlord, Turabdin, in the lease with Advance
Apparels, represented by Stevie Muller of Equity 3.
With two factories in India, Advance Apparels supplies
retailers with over 500 fashion products in a variety of categories.
The lease marks the second transaction negotiated by Lennon,
Lundberg, and Meyer at 105-111 S. State Street. Previously, the team
represented the owner in the sale of the building to Turabdin.
Located near the Garden State Parkway, Interstate 80 and
Routes 46, 17, and 6, the property was previously used for bakery operations.
It has 20 ft. clear ceilings and 2,000 s/f of office space as well as one
drive-in and one tailgate.
“Through developing a strong understanding of our clients’
properties and local markets, we have been able to not only build strong
relationships with many of them over several deals but it also allows us to
have a comprehensive understanding of their needs,” said Lennon. “Our latest
deal with Turabdin speaks to how we leverage this deep understanding of our
clients to successfully close transactions on their behalf in competitive
markets like Hackensack.”
