5 Star Nutrition, a wellness brand, is deploying NewStore’s omnichannel platform for omnichannel customer and associate experiences around point of sale, inventory, fulfillment and clienteling
The lifestyle company will be able to deliver a connected and seamless customer experience across all channels, allowing shoppers to buy where, how and when they want, according to a press release.
NewStore is an omnichannel platform, with POS, order management, inventory, fulfillment and clienteling in a single cloud system.

The platform will allow the retailer to incorporate historically store-only products into its web assortment. The precise inventory and order management will also be integral to future offerings related to subscriptions and loyalty.
