This duplex condo in a converted 1928 warehouse on the Brooklyn Heights waterfront offers 21-foot ceilings, a private terrace with unobstructed East River and Lower Manhattan views, and direct access to the new Brooklyn Bridge Park.
The 12-story, 435-unit building, One Brooklyn Bridge Park, was converted in 2007, with closings in 2007 and 2008, listing agent Michael Franco said.

Neighborhood Notes
One Brooklyn Bridge Park has 70,000 square feet of ground floor retail space with restaurants and coffee and wine shops.
The 85-acre Brooklyn Bridge Park features rolling hills, open plazas, lawns, wetlands, tidal pools and 40 acres of playgrounds.
“There is so much going on there,” Mr. Franco said. “They have tons of recreational space.”
