A couple who spent their wedding night at Manchester’s Warehouse Project have been promised a wedding gift by Sacha Lord – but only if they can be identified.
The co-creator of the nightlife event shared a photograph of the happy duo to his Twitter page, asking if anyone knew who they were.
Jordan Louise, who was at Warehouse Project on the same night as the husband and wife on Saturday, December 28, took the photograph of the newlyweds still in their wedding get-up.
The grinning man is seen wearing a navy suit with his tie around his neck and a flower in his pocket square, with his arm around his wife, who is rocking a leather jacket over her wedding dress.
She shared the image and their story to her Facebook page, “in the hope it gets back to them,” which has now gone viral having been shared more than 1,000 times with more than 1,000 likes.
Jordan posted: “So last night in warehouse I walked past this guy and he had a suit on with flowers on his chest so I was like oh have you been to a wedding?
“He replies with he got married that day and this is his wife she is still in her wedding dress on the dance floor with 10 thousand people stomping around her [laughing face emoji] #warehouseproject #thosewhoravetogetherstaytogether”.
On Sunday, Sacha Lord shared a screenshot of Jordan’s status to his following, with the message: “I’ve been sent this a couple of times. Does anyone know who they are?
“The least we can do is send them a wedding present from @WHP_Mcr”.
His post has been liked 1,500 times and retweeted more than 130 times in a bid to find the couple who chose to spend their wedding reception at The Depot.
Just some of the messages on both Jordan and Sacha’s social media posts include Warehouse Project fans tagging their partners, saying: “This will be us,” while a number of others posted: “What a place”.
Do you know who the newlyweds are? If so, please get in touch.
