New procurement thresholds from 1 January 2020

On 31 October 2019, the European Commission published new financial thresholds for the application of the EU public procurement directives.

The new thresholds lower the existing thresholds slightly.

An overview of the new thresholds, which apply from 1 January 2020, is set out below.

Public Contracts Directive (2014/24/EU)

Utilities Directive (2014/25/EU)

Concessions Directive (2014/23/EU)
