Receiving an Hotelier India Award from the grand jury offers me lot of confidence to push my career graph further high. The entire industry will be looking at me and the factors that got me this award.

The winning mantra is always about hard work. We should be very clear about what we need to achieve, make a route map, get your team along, and understand the organisational goals.
I would like my job’s role to be elevated so that taking the procurement leader’s decisions are considered important while mak¬ing other decisions.
I want to be part of the procurement fraternity where all the teams across our industry are properly trained, mentored and respected.
The future requires a paradigm shift in the attitude of the procure¬ment fraternity. I will be undergoing a lot of training to sharpen my skills, which will help me mould more professional leaders in the procurement field.
