Taulia welcomes Ali Ansari as Director of Global Supply Chain and Payable SolutionsSan Francisco based Taulia, a leading provider of technology solutions for working capital, has announced the appointment of Ali Ansari as Director of Global Supply Chain and Payable Solutions.

Ansari will be responsible for managing and expanding Taulia’s global supply chain and globally payable solutions, effective immediately. In the newly created role, Ansari will be based in London and reporting to Kathleen Nugent, Global Product Director.

“Joining Taulia represents an excellent opportunity to fully leverage my experience, help expand the team and meet the growing global demand for technology solutions in supply chain finance. I grow with changes and solving problems. Taulia provides clients with a powerful platform that allows them to access liquidity as and when they need it,” said Ansari.

With more than two decades of experience in the commercial and financial sector, Ansari is a qualified public accountant and has held senior positions at high-profile companies including JP Morgan, ABN AMRO and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining Taulia, Ansari was Global Director of Products in Global Trade Development and Accounts Receivable at HSBC, where he was responsible for managing and developing Collateral Products, Financial Institutions Trading and Risk Distribution.

“Ali joins us at an interesting time as we are experiencing rapid growth, having just announced our expansion in China and Singapore, and our new Inventory Management solution. We are happy to welcome Ali to our team. He will bring tremendous knowledge to the role, and his vast industry experience will be incredibly impactful as we want to increase Taulia’s Accounts Payable capabilities and drive innovation for our clients,” said Cedric Bru, CEO of Taulia.

Founded in 2009, Taulia is a FinTech that provides working capital management, electronic invoicing, supply chain finance, and dynamic discounting services. It helps companies access the value tied up in their supply chain by transitioning from manual working capital management practices into technology-led, working capital optimization strategies. Its client portfolio includes Airbus, AstraZeneca, Dairy Farmers of America, Pfizer, and Vodafone.
